PsychLog improves every week — often from suggestions users send from the feedback button. Here's what's shipped.

22 July 2026 — Signed means signed

Entries covered by a signed report are now locked against accidental edits — a padlock marks them, and unlocking is a deliberate step that never removes the signature. Anything changed after signing is flagged “edited after signing”.
Sort your logbook oldest-first or newest-first — one click, remembered on your device. Oldest-first suits chronological catch-up entry.
Print / Save as PDF now names files properly (e.g. “PsychLog Weekly Report Week 21”) — on your side and your supervisor's.

Logbook filtering: filter by client, supervisor, competency, format, mode, observation or date range — with live totals for whatever's filtered (“how many hours with Rebecca?” is now one click).
Digital supervisor initials: when a supervisor signs a report, their initials appear on their own supervision sessions — the digital version of the Board form's initials column.
Supervisors can be marked inactive when they move on: their records stay forever, they just leave your pickers.
The sign-off email now opens with a personalised note (editable), and you can create a share-yourself secure link instead of emailing.
Supervisor registration numbers on supervision records, clearer saving on Account details, speed tips on the logbook itself, and a show-password eye on sign-in.

Email any report to a supervisor for digital sign-off: they open a secure personal link, review the exact document you see, and sign with their typed name — no account, no printing, no scanning.
Signing is recorded on the report (name, date, timestamp), you're notified by email, and the supervisor gets a permanent link to their signed copy.
Report types beyond the week: any date range, the full logbook, or a supervision record for one supervisor (their sessions only — ideal for end-of-placement sign-off).
Sending a report stamps your own digital signature on it — supervisors always receive a document you've already signed.
Reports are a true snapshot: totals and progress are calculated as at the end of the report period, not today.

Supervision compliance now mirrors the Board's rules precisely: the 80-hour minimum counts principal hours in full and group/secondary hours up to 30 — and logging more than 30 is fine, it simply stops counting.
The supervision-ratio check warns the moment you slip below 1 hour per 18 — no grace band.
Long supervision summaries get the same floating editor as the practice log, and new rows arrive genuinely blank.
