Terms of Service
Last updated 13 July 2026
PsychLog (psychlog.com.au) is a logbook and progress-tracking tool for Australian provisional psychologists, operated in Australia by Mindfluence Pty Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these terms — they're short and written to be read.
What PsychLog is (and isn't)
PsychLog helps you record your internship and tracks your hours against the Psychology Board of Australia's published requirements. It is an independent product: PsychLog is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Ahpra or the Psychology Board of Australia, and nothing in the app is professional, legal, or registration advice. The compliance calculations are provided in good faith and with care, but youremain responsible for meeting your registration requirements — always verify against the Board's current documents (we link to them throughout the app) and your supervisor's guidance. Board documents available in the app are reproduced from psychologyboard.gov.au for convenience; the Board's website always has the authoritative current version.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You must provide accurate account information, and you must be the person whose internship the logbook records.
Your data — and your clients'
Everything you enter remains yours. You can export it in full at any time, and you grant PsychLog only the licence needed to host, back up, process, and display it in order to run the service for you.
One firm rule, for your clients' sake and your own professional obligations: never enter client-identifying information — no names, contact details, or anything that could identify a person. Use de-identified codes, exactly as the Board's logbook requires. PsychLog is designed around this, and you're responsible for keeping your free-text entries de-identified.
Trial, subscription, and cancelling
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- After that, PsychLog is a paid subscription (prices in Australian dollars, shown at checkout, processed by Stripe).
- Cancel any time from your Account page — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays exportable regardless of subscription status.
- If a price ever changes, you'll get clear notice before it affects you.
Fair use
Don't attempt to breach the security of the service, access other users' data, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts doing so may be suspended or closed.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep PsychLog fast, correct, and available, and your data is stored redundantly with an export always at hand — but no online service can promise perfection, and PsychLog is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, PsychLog's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Ending things
You can stop using PsychLog and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms, with notice and a chance to export your data except in serious cases.
Changes, law, and contact
If these terms change materially, we'll notify you by email or in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions: hello@psychlog.com.au.
